A LITTLE HELP

Before you frame it.

What comes with my frame?

Every frame includes glass and a backboard. Photo printing is an optional service. Stand and hanging hardware availability will be confirmed for your selected model.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizes refer to the artwork that fits inside, not the outer frame. A4 is 210 × 297 mm; A3 is 297 × 420 mm. 8 × 12 and 12 × 18 are separate inch sizes. Please select the exact size you need.

Can you print or design my photo?

Yes. Select Photo + Frame or Custom Design, upload your image and send your request. We confirm the print/design cost and ask for your approval before printing. Artwork previews are illustrative; final crop and finish are confirmed with you.

How do payments and delivery work?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit. Delivery is Rs. 450 for the 1st frame and Rs. 50 for each additional frame. For COD, pay cash to the courier when your order arrives. For bank deposit, transfer after order confirmation and WhatsApp us the slip.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Add your preferred frames and quantities to your bag and choose Request bulk quote. We will review availability and pricing for your order.
